InnoAX completes stock name change listing, gains momentum for AX-focused business reorganisation
AX specialist InnoAX said on April 21 it completed a stock name change listing from InnoRules to InnoAX. The company said it changed its corporate name to INNOAX CO., LTD at a shareholders’ meeting on March 26 and formalised a business reorganisation centred on AX, or AI Transformation. It plans to implement hyper automation using AI agents and a hyper automation platform and expand AX into finance, public sector and manufacturing.

Innorules renames to INNOAX, targets AI-based hyper automation
AX specialist Innorules has changed its name to INNOAX and said it will speed up its push into the AI-based corporate hyper automation market. The company held a vision declaration event for employees at its headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and officially announced a new challenge under the INNOAX name. It said shareholders approved amendments to the articles of incorporation, including the name change.

Inorules picked for government Jump-Up program, aims to automate full insurance workflow with AI
Inorules said it has been finally selected as a government-backed company for the Jump-Up program run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The program supports mid-sized firms operating for more than 7 years to expand into new businesses and markets. A total of 531 companies applied. Inorules will receive vouchers of up to 750 million won over 3 years and other support, and plans to invest in AI upgrades, GPU infrastructure and marketing.
