Hawaii to enforce cryptocurrency ATM ban from Oct. 1
Hawaii will enforce a law that bans cryptocurrency ATMs and kiosks, becoming the fourth U.S. state to impose a full ban after Minnesota, Tennessee and Indiana, Cointelegraph reported. The state legislature passed House Bill 1642 in May, and Governor Josh Green signed it in July. The law prohibits owning, operating or managing kiosks that take U.S. dollars from customers and convert them into digital assets.
