NC changes name and sets out three strategies as shareholders criticise dividend and pay

NCSoft on March 26 changed its name to NC and reaffirmed three medium- to long-term growth strategies at its annual shareholders meeting. Shareholders pressed the company over a lower dividend, higher executive compensation and the possibility of disposing of treasury shares. All six agenda items were approved as proposed, including amendments to the articles of incorporation and plans related to treasury shares. Management outlined strategies spanning legacy IP, new global IP and mobile casual expansion, and addressed questions on user metrics and payment ratios.
