Legal AI startup Harvey to acquire Hexus, accelerating market expansion
Legal AI startup Harvey will acquire Hexus, which develops tools for producing product demos and videos, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 24. The acquisition terms were not disclosed. Hexus previously raised $1.6 million from Pear VC, Liquid 2 Ventures and angel investors. The deal is part of Harvey’s strategy to strengthen its position in the legal AI market. Harvey raised an additional $160 million last year at an $8 billion valuation.
