Plume wins Bermuda regulator licence to run institutional digital asset investment products
Plume Network’s unit Kimber Digital Asset Bermuda has obtained a Class M digital asset business licence from the Bermuda Monetary Authority, it said. The Class M licence is granted with conditions tailored to a specific model, scale and risk for a limited period and scope. The approval allows the unit to design investment policies, manage assets, and issue and distribute equity tokens under BMA supervision.

OKX Ventures backs RWA stablecoin with Securitize, Hamilton Lane
OKX Ventures will support a stablecoin project with Securitize and Hamilton Lane that aims to bypass U.S. regulations, Cointelegraph reported on Feb. 12. The project will be issued on the OKX X Layer network and will introduce a real world asset stablecoin based on Hamilton Lane\'s Senior Credit Opportunities Fund. It will use a dual-token structure that separates yield generation from the stablecoin unit.

Securitize seeks listing via SPAC after 841 percent revenue jump
Securitize, a real-world asset tokenisation platform, is seeking to go public through a merger with a SPAC backed by Cantor Fitzgerald, Cointelegraph reported. An SEC filing shows Securitize posted $55.6 million in revenue through September 2025, up 841 percent year on year. It forecasts $110 million in revenue and $32 million in adjusted EBITDA for 2026. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
