AI skills linked to higher pay in hiring market, JobKorea report shows
JobKorea said AI and data capabilities are emerging as a key competitive edge that influences annual pay in the hiring market. Its HR Money Report 2026 analysed a survey of 485 corporate recruiters and hiring data accumulated over 30 years. AI, development and data roles ranked highest by average annual salary among 21 job categories. Large companies paid the most on average, and finance and banking topped industries.
