Elon Musk bets 100 billion dollars on Louisiana as SpaceX builds giant Starbase

SpaceX shares reclaim $135 IPO price on Vietnam satellite launch deal
SpaceX shares climbed back above their $135 initial public offering price after news of a deal to launch the first satellite for VinSpace, a space unit of Vietnam conglomerate Vingroup, in the second quarter of 2027 under SpaceX’s Transporter program. The stock rose 4.2 percent to close at $138.74 on Aug. 10. The report also cited higher AI investment costs and a $541 million net loss despite revenue growth.
