Hana Bank launches AI pension investment withdrawal solution
Hana Bank said on Dec. 31 it will introduce an AI pension investment withdrawal solution service, the first of its kind in the banking sector. The service provides strategies for the pension withdrawal stage, including portfolio proposals by AI, tailored to withdrawal goals for customers with individual retirement pension accounts. The bank said it uses its goal-based investing model developed with an internal unit and plans to roll out non-face-to-face services in the first quarter of 2026.
