CIOs who deliver results with AI have criteria to drop AI
Only 13 percent of corporate CIOs said they have achieved major results with AI, a survey found. Gartner said AI use cases have increased rapidly over the past two years, but the likelihood of success remains about 1 in 5. It said organisations are more likely to be in a leading group when they set criteria for not moving pilots into operations and for shutting low-performing AI initiatives.
