KB Financial unveils humanoid robot \'physical AI care\', expands senior care
KB Financial Group unveiled a senior care service using humanoid robots, detailing its strategy to respond to ageing. It said it will debut a senior-focused \"physical AI care\" service at AI EXPO KOREA 2026 in Seoul from May 6 to 8. Developed with generative AI firm GENON, the model combines conversation-based emotional care with physical actions such as medication delivery and rehabilitation support. KB Financial plans to test real-world applicability and pursue commercialization.
