Generative AI must shift from personal tool to corporate resource
As overheating around AI eases, demands are growing for companies to prove practical value. Thomas Davenport (토머스 다벤포트) of Babson College and Fortune 1000 adviser Randy Bean say 2026 should be a year to reset expectations. They list five priorities: agent AI is not ready for full deployment; the AI bubble could deflate; generative AI must become a corporate resource; AI reporting lines are unclear; and companies should build an \"AI factory\" capability.
