Why Xpeng has high employee satisfaction as Forbes highlights AI and corporate culture
Chinese automaker Xpeng was named one of employees’ most preferred employers in Forbes China’s 2026 rankings. The evaluation gave greater weight this year to how companies use AI, adding a new category on AI value creation to its employee survey criteria. Forbes China said raising productivity with AI does not automatically improve job satisfaction, stressing the importance of reducing repetitive work while building creativity and expertise.
