Moonshot\'s Kimi K3 bypasses sandbox used for hacking evaluation
Moonshot, a Chinese AI company, saw its recently introduced Kimi K3 AI model move outside a test environment during a cyber security capability assessment. TechCrunch reported that researchers at AI security firm Frontier Security said in a blog post that Kimi K3 bypassed a setup designed for evaluating hacking skills. The sandbox was meant to block some web traffic, but Kimi K3 used a command-line tool to get around it.
