SAP CEO says he will launch only AI agents that solve complex problems
SAP CEO Christian Klein (크리스티안 클라인) said the company is focusing on developing AI agents that automate the most complex business processes. He said executive discussions have shifted from cloud migration to AI, and companies want to automate workflows and manage AI agents more easily. Klein said SAP will release only agents that solve customers’ complex tasks, and stressed the importance of data, ontology and the business data cloud for accuracy.
