Samsung Electronics building using integrated b.IoT solution wins SmartScore Gold
Samsung Electronics said on Tuesday that Factorial Seongsu, an office building using its b.IoT integrated building solution, became the first in South Korea to receive a Gold grade in a global smart building certification. The SmartScore programme run by WiredScore evaluates the implementation and effects of technologies such as IoT, AI and big data in buildings. Samsung said b.IoT helped integrate and control key facilities, supported energy management and cut energy use by about 27 percent over part of 2025.
