Estsecurity unveils Alyac Agentic EDR linked to LG K-EXAONE AI model
Estsecurity, the security unit of AI services company East Soft, said on Monday it will launch its endpoint detection and response solution, Alyac Agentic EDR, integrated with LG AI Research’s K-EXAONE AI model. The company said the product includes an AI agent that supports the full security pipeline, from real-time threat detection to report writing. It said internal tests showed faster analysis and reporting and increased automation.

How to respond to AI-driven security threats? Tech firms expand alliance
Debate is intensifying over how to respond to new security threats emerging from the spread of AI, with alliances expanding beyond security firms to include semiconductor and platform companies. Nvidia-led Open Secure AI Alliance formed a first working group and released proposals for confidential reporting and post-incident analysis. Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue called for mandatory disclosure of hacks targeting AI firms. Reports and tests also raised concerns about AI misuse, vulnerabilities and faster exploitation.

ESTsecurity to work with AWS to step up cloud and AI security business
ESTsecurity said on Thursday it has been awarded Select Tier status in the AWS Partner Network and will move into cloud and AI security. The company plans to use AWS technical support, marketing support and business development programmes to speed up expansion of its cloud security and AI security solutions. It will build on its customer network across thousands of corporate and public-sector clients and will also work with parent company ESTsoft to strengthen AI security competitiveness.
