ElevenLabs introduces AI insurance covering losses caused by AI agents
ElevenLabs, an AI audio research and development startup, said on March 18 it will run a comprehensive insurance programme dedicated to AI voice agents in cooperation with risk assessment firm AIUC. The company said the programme is designed to provide insurance coverage when its ElevenAgents, used in corporate customer support or sales, cause losses through incorrect information or inappropriate responses. It said it institutionalises AI as a \"digital employee\" that carries responsibility.
