ElevenLabs releases alpha of ElevenAgents Architect to build agents through voice conversations
ElevenLabs, a global AI audio company, has released an alpha version of ElevenAgents Architect on its enterprise voice-chat agent platform, ElevenAgents. The company said the embedded expert function allows users to build and improve agents by entering voice or text. It said users can start with general questions such as how to raise refund-resolution rates and complete the process of identifying root causes and implementing changes within a single conversation.

ElevenLabs launches next-generation voice model Eleven v4
AI audio company ElevenLabs said on Wednesday it launched its next-generation text-to-speech model, Eleven v4, and a low-latency version, Eleven v4 Turbo. The company said Eleven v4 reflects tone, pace, character traits and context, and allows users to adjust speaking style, emotion and sound effects using natural-language prompts or in-text tags. It said supported languages expanded to more than 90. Eleven v4 Turbo targets real-time voice AI agents with reduced latency.

AI price war intensifies as open-source AI becomes global mainstream
Price competition among AI companies is intensifying as Chinese firms expand global share with cost-effective open-source models and leading U.S. companies respond with price cuts. DeepSeek’s new coding model V4 Flash drew attention for performance close to Anthropic’s Claude Opus 4.8 at a far lower price.
