[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] ElevenLabs, a global AI audio company, said on Oct. 19 it has unveiled an alpha version of ElevenAgents Architect on its enterprise voice-chat agent platform, ElevenAgents, that allows users to build and improve agents through conversation alone.
The company said ElevenAgents Architect is an embedded expert function that helps users build and improve agents by entering voice or text.
Starting with a general question such as "How can we increase the refund processing resolution rate?", users can identify root causes and implement an agent reflecting them, all within a single conversation, the company said.
If users simply describe the new experience they want to implement, ElevenAgents Architect produces it in the same way an expert would build it, making it easier to expand agent functions and the scope of use, the company added.
