OpenAI, Paradigm launch EVMbench to test AI agents on smart contract flaws
OpenAI and crypto investment firm Paradigm are working together to help defend smart contracts from cyber attacks. The companies released EVMbench, a benchmark designed to evaluate AI agents’ ability to detect, patch and exploit smart contract vulnerabilities, The Block reported on Feb. 18. The benchmark draws on 120 vulnerabilities from 40 audits and includes cases from open-source audit contests and Tempo security audits. It offers multiple evaluation modes, including end-to-end fund theft attacks in a sandbox environment.
