Modulate unveils ELM voice AI model
Modulate has unveiled ELM, a voice AI it says can understand emotion, context and intent, SiliconANGLE reported on Jan. 20. The company said ELM is built on a multilayer architecture designed to understand voice data, unlike existing large language models. Modulate said ELM is 30 percent more accurate than models from OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and ElevenLabs, and costs 10 to 100 times less to operate.
