Bitmine\'s Ethereum bet gains as asset value jumps $2.2 billion
Bitmine Immersion Technologies\' valuation of its Ethereum holdings rose by $2.2 billion in a day as prices surged, taking its portfolio value to $13.2 billion, according to an operating report. The company holds 5,815,000 ether, about 4.8 percent of circulating supply, and has been buying weekly for more than a year. DropsTab put its unrealised loss at $6.09 billion. Chairman Tom Lee linked long-term demand to AI and robotics.
