AI-based senior assistant Ddokbi partners with Hanatour to develop senior travel services
AI-based senior personal assistant service Ddokbi has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hanatour to develop travel services for senior customers, it said on Jan. 26. Ddokbi, operated by Tokkiwadukgeobi, provides online assistance for searches, purchases, reservations and recommendations through a mix of AI and human assistants. The companies plan to combine Ddokbi’s travel data with Hanatour’s product development capabilities and roll out services sequentially.
