Marissa Mayer says existing AI assistants are too hard, bets on personal AI that reads phone photo albums
Marissa Mayer, a former Yahoo CEO, has entered the personal AI assistant race with Dazzle, an AI agent that starts from a smartphone photo album. Mayer said existing AI assistants are too technical and full of jargon. Dazzle analyzes images in a user’s camera roll to answer questions, complete tasks and offer suggestions such as shopping or gift ideas, and it can generate to-do and activity lists.
