Government launches AX consulting, introduces AI at Danuri call centre
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT said it has launched a cross-government AX (AI transformation) consulting programme and activated a cooperation framework. The ministry will support agencies with low AI use by providing resources such as AI experts. It said it received 39 task requests from 15 government bodies and selected 10 priority projects. Officials visited the Danuri Call Center, which handles about 230,000 consultations a year in 13 languages.
