Google revamps Gemini app, adds Daily Brief and video generation
Google updated its Gemini app on May 19 at its annual I/O developer conference, adding a Daily Brief feature, a new interface and the Gemini Omni AI video generation model. Daily Brief offers a personalised morning summary that pulls from a user\'s inbox, calendar and key tasks, prioritises items and suggests next steps. It rolls out from May 19 to Google AI subscribers in the United States.
