Microsoft unveils Copilot Cowork to expand multimodel AI agents
Microsoft has introduced Copilot Cowork, an AI agent feature for Microsoft 365, SiliconANGLE reported. The tool focuses on delegated automation, letting agents plan and carry out long-running, multistep tasks across Microsoft 365 apps and files while users monitor progress and step in if needed. Microsoft said it is offered via its Frontier program and is based on the Work IQ framework. It uses OpenGPT and Anthropic Claude models.
