KT launches Customer Protection 365 task force to strengthen prevention-focused safeguards
KT launched a new task force as it shifts to a prevention-focused customer protection system. The company said the Customer Protection 365 task force was created to enhance a customer value protection framework, with key initiatives including AI-based real-time detection, a one-stop resolution centre and on-site customer listening forums. KT said it will gradually expand safety services such as real-time voice phishing detection and AI context-based spam blocking.
