French exchange Lise seeks Europe\'s first fully onchain IPO with ST Group listing on April 9
Paris-based Lightning stock exchange Lise is preparing a listing that could become Europe’s first fully onchain initial public offering. CoinDesk reported Lise plans to list French aerospace parts supplier ST Group on April 9. ST Group makes composite parts used in aircraft, defense systems and space programs, and estimates potential program revenue over the next 10 years at about 59 million euros ($68 million).

NH NongHyup Bank Hong Kong branch succeeds in issuing $50 million global bond
NH NongHyup Bank\'s Hong Kong branch has successfully issued a $50 million global bond, the bank said on Thursday. It marks the first time the bank\'s overseas unit has independently issued a bond in a host-country capital market using its local network. The one-year floating-rate bond was issued at about SOFR plus 42 basis points. Proceeds will be used to support Korean companies\' overseas expansion and overseas infrastructure project financing.

Korea Exchange holds KRX-TR Annual Meeting says reporting system meets global standards
The Korea Exchange hosted the 2025 KRX-TR Annual Meeting in Seoul to celebrate the completion of an international standard reporting framework after the mandatory adoption of UTI, UPI and CDE reporting items in October. About 150 representatives from reporting entities and agencies took part. Crédit Agricole Bank, KB Kookmin Bank and Samsung Securities were named outstanding reporting institutions. The exchange said it will continue improving the system and strengthening its role as a global trade repository.
