Kakao compliance and trust committee issues 2025 annual report, introduces investment checklist
Kakao’s Compliance and Trust Committee held its first regular meeting of the year on Jan. 12 and issued its 2025 annual report, covering a year of activities to strengthen compliance management and restore trust. The committee said it focused on upgrading compliance systems among participating affiliates, developed evaluation indicators and conducted its first full-scale assessments. It also introduced an investment checklist and refined rules to help embed key agenda items across the group.
