CoinShares crypto asset manager to list on Nasdaq via SPAC merger
Crypto asset manager CoinShares will list on the Nasdaq through a merger with SPAC Vine Hill Capital, creating holding company CoinShares PLC. Shares will trade under the ticker CSHR. The deal was first announced in September and valued the company at about $1.2 billion including $50 million from institutional investors. Chief executive Jean-Marie Mognetti said U.S. listing is needed to grow in the U.S. market.
