Naver Pay links KODIT firm database to support startup fundraising
Naver Pay will link the corporate database, management diagnosis information and guaranteed-company network held by Korea Credit Guarantee Fund with its Npay Startup investment platform, it said on Wednesday. The platform connects startups and venture firms with securities companies, venture capital firms and other investors. The three organisations also plan to create a KODIT-dedicated section and curated listings on the platform and to hold joint IR events and promotions.

Naver Pay launches venture capital platform to widen startup investment access
Naver Pay\'s Npay (네이버페이) launched a venture capital investment platform with South Korea\'s Financial Supervisory Service to connect startups and venture companies with investors. The platform, called \"Npay Startup\", aims to reduce information asymmetry in the venture investment market by standardising disclosures and broadening access to investment opportunities. It offers tools for fund providers, managers and companies, including AI-generated company pages, AI summaries and search, and will run a pilot for about three months.

Codebox ZUZU HR selected for government HR platform support program for small workplaces
Codebox said its ZUZU HR platform was finally selected for the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s support program for small workplaces. The policy supports workplaces with fewer than 30 employees so they can use an HR platform without bearing the cost. Codebox will provide ZUZU HR support of up to 1.8 million won per company starting Feb. 1. The platform offers attendance registration, real-time work history viewing and leave request and approval on PC and mobile.
