DeepSeek to form Code Harness development team, challenging Claude Code and Codex
Chinese AI model developer DeepSeek is forming a team to develop an agent coding tool called Code Harness that would compete directly with Anthropic\'s Claude Code and OpenAI\'s Codex. Decrypt reported that DeepSeek engineer Deli Chen posted two job openings on social media platform X for a product manager and an R&D engineer, based in Beijing. The launch schedule has not been disclosed. DeepSeek highlights pricing competitiveness for its latest model, DeepSeek V4.
