Flare CEO Hugo Philion (휴고 필리온) said the potential of the XRP Ledger (XRPL) lending market is larger than market expectations and that Flare will prove it through its infrastructure. Philion said XLS-66, an XRPL native lending protocol, is stalled at the validator voting stage, while Flare has built a structure to bypass it. He cited RLUSD loans approved against wrapped XRP collateral, while noting high market concentration.
