Anthropic to spend $100 million to train customer engineers directly
Anthropic will invest $100 million to train 10,000 engineers to lead companies\' AI adoption on the ground. According to TechRadar, it has launched the Claude Frontier Academy and plans to develop 10,000 Frontier Deployment Engineers by the end of 2027. Trainees, selected from companies’ own engineers, will go through in-person training, project work and a 12-week residency. Participants include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, CBA, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk.
