Cafe24 said its Cafe24 Pro (PRO) Community Center recorded about 70 visitors and a satisfaction score of 3.8 out of 4 in the month after it opened on Jan. 7. Total applicants exceeded 100, the company said. The Dongdaemun facility offers an open offline space for online business operators and prospective entrepreneurs, with resident e-commerce experts providing real-time support and tailored consulting. Cafe24 plans to expand webinars and video training.

The open space lets visitors experience its premium Cafe24 Pro service and apply it to their businesses. On-site experts help complete store setup, create product pages and guide users through membership, identity verification, domain links, payment gateway sign-ups and design themes. It also offers consulting on SEO, CRM marketing and marketplace integrations.
