Crossmint secures MiCA approval to build stablecoin infrastructure across EU
Spain\'s securities market regulator has given final approval to Crossmint\'s application under the EU\'s MiCA rules, Cointelegraph reported. The decision recognises Crossmint as a legal crypto services provider across the bloc\'s 27 member states. The authorisation covers fiat-to-crypto exchange, custody of customer assets and transfers across wallets and blockchains. A co-founder said many firms will need MiCA-licensed partners and unapproved firms may be forced out.
