Naver expands \'Local Growth\' to support AI transformation for local businesses
Naver said on Sunday it will run its \'Local Growth\' campaign in Mokpo and Gwangju to support offline local businesses\' artificial intelligence transformation. The company said it expanded support beyond solution training to bundled services tailored by commercial district, industry and business characteristics. It will offer consulting for restaurants, cafes and offline stores, and link services including Smartplace, N Pay Connect and Naver ads.

Shinhan Bank to provide 500 billion won in agreement-backed guarantees for Busan small merchants
Shinhan Bank will supply agreement-backed guarantees worth a total of 500 billion won for small businesses and self-employed merchants in Busan, together with the Busan city government and the Busan Credit Guarantee Foundation. The programme will support up to 30 million won per company. Interest subsidies will apply at 4.0 percentage points for the first year and 2.0 percentage points thereafter, aiming to enable borrowers to access funds at an effective 1 percent-level rate.

KakaoBank to offer \'3-no\' overdraft loans for Busan small merchants
KakaoBank said on Thursday it launched a \'3-no overdraft account\' with the Busan Credit Guarantee Foundation to support small merchants in Busan. The non-face-to-face guaranteed loan is part of Busan city\'s \'3-no Hope Link Card special guarantee\' programme. KakaoBank plans to support loans totalling 200 billion won for about 40,000 small merchants. Eligible borrowers are Busan-based sole proprietors meeting specified credit score and sales requirements, with a 5 million won cap per business.
