Tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, known for longevity experiments, has 공개ed 41 health rules he says he learned after spending millions of dollars. He said the core principles are basic habits such as enough sleep, regular exercise and a healthy diet. The list does not include many of the extreme experiments he has pursued under his Project Blueprint anti-ageing programme, which he runs at about $2 million a year.
