Shinhan Investment signs MOU with Bridgecode to boost succession M&A advisory
Shinhan Investment Corp said on Friday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Bridgecode to strengthen advisory services for succession-oriented mergers and acquisitions involving small and medium-sized companies. It plans to offer structured support for tasks arising during business succession, and third-party succession M&A advisory for firms where family succession is difficult. It also plans a group-level response to the government\'s policy direction on promoting succession M&A and will operate an initial stage of a succession matrix.
