FSS surveys SpaceX subscribers directly; Mirae Asset union calls probe excessive
South Korea\'s Financial Supervisory Service has begun directly surveying investors who subscribed to SpaceX shares through Mirae Asset Securities, expanding an inspection that has continued since June. The questionnaire asks about professional investor registration, subscription procedures and measures to recover customer losses after non-allocation. It also seeks details on private bankers who contacted clients and how information was delivered. Mirae Asset\'s union says the long, high-intensity probe disrupts work and may seek legal review.

MSIT to overhaul AI Hub to cut duplication, improve quality of public AI training data
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT will build a government-wide integrated management system to address duplicated construction and weak quality control of public-sector AI training data. The ministry will overhaul the current AI Hub into an integrated provision system so public institutions can check in advance whether planned datasets overlap with existing ones. It will also introduce pilot operations this year and distribute quality and build-use guides to ministries, local governments and public bodies.
