Mashup Ventures makes seed investment in AI-based e-commerce M&A platform Biztos
Esup Company, developer of the AI-based e-commerce M&A brokerage platform Biztos, said on Monday it raised seed funding from Mashup Ventures and Tale Ventures. Biztos brokers transactions between buyers and sellers through data-driven due diligence and valuation, providing structured acquisition proposals and managing deal processes from price talks to closing. The company was also selected for the TIPS programme and secured up to 500 million won in R&D funding.
