Cathie Wood sees bitcoin at $800,000; Nvidia outlook more cautious
Ark Invest, led by Cathie Wood, drew attention with long-term projections for bitcoin and Nvidia. In its Big Ideas 2026 report, it forecast bitcoin’s market capitalisation would rise 700 percent over four years and said the broader crypto market could reach $28 trillion by 2030, with bitcoin taking 70 percent. It also said Nvidia’s AI chip lead could be tested as competitors push custom chips, making growth slower and volatility higher.
