Bitcoin spot ETFs lose ground as Hyperliquid sees inflows; institutional money moves against the trend
Three Hyperliquid spot exchange-traded funds have recorded net inflows of nearly $172 million about a month after their May launch, while about $5.6 billion left bitcoin spot ETFs over the same period, sharply splitting institutional flows. $900 million flows into BlackRock\'s IBIT as bitcoin spot ETFs extend institutional inflows
U.S. bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds recorded net inflows of $996.4 million last week, the biggest weekly inflow since mid-January, as inflows extended for a third straight week. Over the past three weeks, cumulative inflows topped $1.8 billion, with most money going into BlackRock’s IBIT. Ethereum spot ETFs also saw net inflows of $275.8 million, the largest since mid-January.
