Korean sedan used car prices rise in February; Sonata up 0.7 percent
South Korea’s used car market is expected to show signs of recovery ahead of February, led by some domestically made sedans, Whistle’s Pickdeal said on Thursday. Based on January transaction data and market trends, it forecast small month-on-month gains for models with steady end-user demand, including the Hyundai Sonata DN8 and Avante AD. It said January saw concentrated price adjustments due to model-year changes and winter seasonality.
