Pakistan moves to mainstream crypto, invites foreign firms
Pakistan has begun implementing a licensing process under its new Virtual Assets Act, creating a comprehensive legal framework to supervise crypto and related businesses, according to Bitcoin Magazine. Prime Minister\'s special assistant on blockchain and cryptocurrency Bilal Bin Saqib urged foreign firms to enter Pakistan, obtain licences and link to banking services. The law has cleared the Senate and was signed by President Asif Ali Zardari.
