Woori Bank opens Asia regional headquarters in Singapore to boost global IB
Woori Bank is opening an Asia regional headquarters in Singapore to strengthen its global investment banking business. The bank plans to build a hub that oversees its key Asian overseas network and expand synergies in corporate finance and local sales. The headquarters will supervise four branches in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney, as well as three local subsidiaries in Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia. It also aims to improve the speed and expertise of local decision-making.
