Korea space agency to release 67,000 high-resolution satellite images to support AI development
The Korea Aerospace Administration said on Monday it will release about 67,000 high-resolution standard satellite images for free to support AI technology development by domestic satellite-application companies. From Sept. 30, it will begin a pilot release to domestic firms of images taken by the Arirang 3 and 3A satellites. The agency said the images are pre-processed and can be used without additional work, but their sale or redistribution is prohibited.
