Apple rumored to discontinue more than 10 products ahead of Sept event
Apple could discontinue more than 10 existing products, including iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods models, ahead of its September product launch event, a report said. The products discussed include 11 models such as the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, Apple Watch Series 11 and Apple Watch Ultra 3, and several home devices. The final list is expected to depend on new products and pricing announced on Sept. 9.

Apple may revive ceramic Apple Watch seven years after discontinuation
Apple may reintroduce a ceramic Apple Watch, raising the possibility of a return seven years after the material was dropped from the lineup in 2019. Bloomberg\'s Mark Gurman said Apple is preparing the revival and a new model could go on sale as early as this year, according to 9to5Mac. The Apple Watch Series 11 currently comes in aluminium and titanium, with Ultra using only titanium, and ceramic could be priced above titanium.

Apple Watch SE 3 is an entry-level model priced $150 below Apple Watch Series 11, with the gap driven by deliberate trade-offs. The device keeps core Apple Watch functions such as iPhone integration, notifications and workout tracking, while excluding some high-end features found in higher models. It also uses less premium materials and omits certain design and hardware upgrades. Battery life is shorter and charging is slower than in the top lineup.
