Shinhan Bank signs deal with Kibo to expand financing support for firms entering North America
Shinhan Bank said on Jan. 12 it signed a business agreement with the Korea Technology Finance Corp at Kibo’s Silicon Valley branch on Jan. 8 to expand financial support for South Korean companies entering North America. The plan will offer 50 billion won in partnership guarantees for firms running local subsidiaries. It will raise the guarantee ratio to 100 percent from 85 percent and subsidise guarantee fees by 0.7 percentage points for two years.
