AWS launches Amazon Bio Discovery to accelerate life sciences AI research
Amazon Web Services on April 16 launched Amazon Bio Discovery, an AI-based application designed to help scientists design and validate new drugs faster and more systematically. The tool provides direct access to a catalogue of biological foundation models trained on large biological datasets. It supports generating and evaluating drug candidates and accelerating antibody therapeutics research at the early discovery stage. Scientists can select models in natural language and use a lab-in-the-loop workflow for rapid iteration.
